Welcome to Solverra Holistics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to
and use of solverraholistics.us (the “Site”) and any products you purchase from us. By
browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from
us. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you
are buying for personal or lawful business use.
Products and Descriptions
We sell hemp protein, functional mushroom products, and related non-cannabinoid wellness
goods. We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions,
pricing, or other content are complete or error-free. Colors, packaging, and formulations
may change. Dietary supplements are foods, not medicines, and are intended to supplement
the diet.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order,
including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons such as suspected fraud,
pricing errors, or stock limits. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without
notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of
your order, including taxes and shipping.

and refund eligibility is described on our Returns and Refunds page. Those policies are
incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content
without permission, resell products in violation of applicable law, or interfere with the
Site’s operation. All Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or
licensed to Solverra Holistics and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest
extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solverra Holistics
will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you
paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict
of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas,
and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take
