We want you to be satisfied with your Solverra Holistics purchase. Because our products
are consumable food and supplement items, certain restrictions apply for health and safety
reasons. Please review this policy before requesting a return.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work
with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending
on the situation and the condition of the item.
Eligible Returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return within 30
days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products generally
cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery
with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or
refund at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.
How to Start a Return
Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will respond with instructions and, if approved, a return authorization. Please do not ship
items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect a
returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your
bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and opened consumable products are not eligible for return
except as required by law or where an item was defective on arrival.
Subscriptions
You can manage, pause, or cancel a subscription from your account before the next billing
date. Orders already shipped follow the return rules above.
