Solverra Holistics respects your privacy choices. This page describes your rights regarding
the sale or sharing of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended
by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar state privacy laws. It supplements
our Privacy Policy.
Your Right to Opt Out
Certain laws give consumers the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal
information, including the use of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may exercise this right regardless of where you live, to the extent our systems allow.
What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean
Under these laws, “sale” and “sharing” can include disclosing identifiers and online activity
to advertising or analytics partners, even when no money changes hands. We do not sell sensitive
personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers
under 16 years of age.
How to Submit Your Request
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can: use any cookie or
privacy preference tool available on our Site; enable a recognized opt-out preference signal
(such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, which we honor where required by law; or
contact us through our Contact page with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the
agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Verification and Response
For an opt-out request, we generally do not need to verify your identity, though we may take
steps to confirm the request is genuine. We will act on valid requests within the timeframe
required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy
rights.
Other Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy
of your personal information. To learn more about these rights and how we handle data, please see
our Privacy Policy.
